Kristal Goodman (was Bull)

Kristal Goodman has over 20 years of experience in the beauty and innovation industry. Kristal began their career at LF Beauty (UK) Ltd as a Chemist in 1997 and worked there for 12 years. Kristal then joined Acheson & Acheson in 2009 as a Senior Development Chemist and later became a Technical Manager. In 2015, Kristal moved to Acheson and Acheson as an Innovation Manager, overseeing projects until 2018. Currently, they are the Head of Product Innovation at THG LABS, a position they have held since December 2018.

Kristal Goodman (formerly Bull) completed a Diploma in Cosmetic Science from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, sometime before 1998. Prior to that, they attended Trowbridge College from 1993 to 1996 but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study.
