Laura Wilson

Laura Wilson possesses extensive experience in sales and design services across various prominent companies in the retail and design sectors. Currently a Sales Representative at Thibaut Design, Laura previously held the position of Associate Director of Customer Experience at Wayfair, where a platform strategy for physical retail customer experience was developed. Earlier roles include Senior Corporate Manager of Design Services at Williams-Sonoma, Inc., where Laura managed omni-channel retail design services and launched a remote design service program. Additional experience encompasses interior design at Busybee Design, sales and design roles at West Elm, and positions at Pier 1 Imports. Laura holds a Master's of Science in Sustainable Design and a Bachelor's of Science in Interior Design from Thomas Jefferson University.
