Brenda Bunch

Brenda Bunch is an accomplished production editor and medical illustrator with extensive experience in art direction and medical visualization. Currently serving as a Production Editor at Thieme International since September 2016, Brenda Bunch organizes art requests and manages artists while determining the appropriate art style and palette for various book projects. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Art Director and Medical Illustrator at CRC Press, focusing on the Reconstructive and Plastic Surgery book line, and as Medical Illustrator and Art Director at Quality Medical Publishing, where notable best-selling titles were created. Brenda Bunch also held a position as Senior Medical Illustrator and Coordinator of Art and Graphics at NC State University, contributing to the College of Veterinary Medicine. Academic qualifications include an MA/MS in Biomedical Visualization from the University of Illinois Chicago and a BA in Biology and Comparative Anatomy from the University of Kansas.
