Saibu Shayer

Saibu Shayer is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project and service management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the IT PMO Practice Manager at THinK Best Practice, Saibu leads a global team of project managers, implements best practices, and oversees the Dayforce PMO's rapid growth. Previous roles include Senior IT Project Manager at Enforce Consulting, where Saibu managed large-scale HCM implementation projects, and positions at IBM and Verizon Enterprise Solutions, emphasizing IT service delivery and project execution for major accounts. Saibu began a career with hands-on roles at the United Nations and NY Metropolitan Transportation Authority, demonstrating a strong technical foundation and project management expertise.
