Amin Bougsea

Amin Bougsea has two years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have been working as a Talent Acquisition & People Ops Specialist at Think.iT, a technology startup with the aim of connecting brilliance with opportunity and shaping a collective of tech change-makers. Theirresponsibilities include an overview of a few things that keep him engaged. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Event Planner at Volkswagen AG, where their responsibilities included event planning and finding solutions for short-term issues, supporting journalists and board members on the Volkswagen vehicle presentation, and leading a team and communicating between different stations to ensure a smooth process.

Amin Bougsea attended Rhine-Waal University from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a degree in International Business Administration with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Hochschule Mittweida from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. In November 2018, they obtained a Tech Recruitment Certified Professional certification from Devskiller.
