Jahnabi C. started their work experience in 2008 as a Senior Software Engineer at Zaloni. In 2009, they worked as a Consultant at Bohniman Systems Pvt. Ltd. From 2013 to 2016, they held various roles at Enactus City University of Seattle, including President, Project Lead, and Fundraising Chair. In 2016, they worked as a Banker at Wells Fargo, and in 2017 as a Cash Management Installs Analyst at Cardtronics. Jahnabi joined UserTesting in 2016 as a QA Tester and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are a Project Controls Associate at Think Power Solutions, starting in May 2021.

Jahnabi C. holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Project Management from City University of Seattle. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Assam Engineering College in India.

In addition to their formal education, Jahnabi has obtained additional certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Jahnabi completed the "Oracle Primavera P6, Planning, Cost & Project Control" certification from Udemy in May 2021. Jahnabi also achieved the "Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®)" certification from Scrum Alliance in February 2020.
