Brenda Thomas is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and sales across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Scholarship Manager at Think Small® since December 2016, Brenda has previously held significant roles including Account Manager at Thomson Reuters Westlaw, where responsibilities encompassed client relations and training new sales representatives. Brenda excelled as Assistant Sales Department Head at Life Time Fitness, achieving sales goals consistently and earning numerous awards. As District Manager for both La Petite Academy and Children's World Learning Center, Brenda managed multiple locations, focusing on financial compliance, employee training, and operational efficiency, while also receiving accolades for audit compliance and performance improvements. Brenda holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education/Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and a Human Resource Generalist Certification from the University of Minnesota.
