Martin Zak

Martin Zak has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. Martin began their career as an Application Consultant at SAP AG & Co. KG in 1999. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Project Manager at Finetre Corp. Martin then moved to First American CMSI as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they began working as a Business Analyst at Williams Scotsman, where they wrote and maintained business requirements documents, developed interface specifications for data exchange, analyzed data and created advanced reports, and managed user acceptance testing. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Data Analyst at Celerity / Exelon. Most recently, they have been a Senior Business Analyst at Think / Ciena since 2019, where they review and documents as-is processes, demonstrates understanding of the underlying data, documents data flow, makes recommendations for a to-be state, elicits business requirements, and analyzes existing data.

Martin Zak obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economic Information Sciences from the University of Applied Sciences between 1994 and 1998. In October 2009, they also obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
