Tony Gruebl has had a long and successful career in the business and operations world. Tony began their career in 1992 as the Director of Operations and Vice President at Cauldon Company & Radiance Services Company. In 1999, they moved on to Global Management Systems, Inc. as a Consulting Manager, and in 2001 they became the Vice President of Consulting at PARIS Technologies, Inc. In 2003, they were appointed Chief Operating Officer at The Center for Education Reform, and in 2005 they assumed the same role at Business Intelligent Solutions, Inc. In 2004, they joined Think Systems, Inc. as President, Operations Executive Advisor, The Red Pill Executive & BKPM Author. In this role, they led teams of Executive Advisors, Operations Consultants, and Management Consultants to enable business transformation. Tony also served as a Keynote, Guest Speaker, and Facilitator. In 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Think.

Tony Gruebl received a BS in Finance from Towson University between 1986 and 1990. Tony then attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1990 and 1992, where they earned an MBA in Finance and Technology. In 1991, they also attended Copenhagen Business School and received an MBA-IME in Economics. Their education history began in 1982 when they attended Calvert Hall College.
