Alaine Westra

Alaine Westra has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Alaine currently holds a position as the VP of Community Impact at Think Bank, starting in 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Mayo Clinic from 2007 to 2021, where they held various positions including Director of Benefactor Engagement, Development Administrator, Public Affairs Consultant, and Development Event Manager. Alaine'searly career involved working as a Human Resource Manager at Macy's from 2004 to 2007.

Alaine Westra completed their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Organizational Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 2004. Alaine later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, which they completed in 2012.
