Rich Hejny

Rich Hejny has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rich started their career as a Store Manager at Diamond Wireless, where they quickly moved up the ranks and prioritized employee motivation and process improvement. Rich then ventured into entrepreneurship as the Sales/Owner of 3G Roofing & Contracting, where they successfully increased business and client referrals. Rich later joined TDS Telecommunications LLC as a Consumer Sales Advisor, exceeding sales goals and building rapport with customers. Afterward, they worked at Humana as an Agency Relationship Manager, negotiating prices for businesses and implementing multi-year strategies to reduce rate volatility. Rich then took on the role of Vice President of Business Development at Evolution Healthcare, educating brokers and clients on self-funded healthcare programs. Rich continued their career as a Partner & Benefits Advisor at Cairn Advisors, LLC, helping employers create superior and more affordable healthcare experiences. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President and Partner at CCIG, where they continue their mission of empowering clients in their benefits journey.
