Robert Cox

Robert Cox is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network operations and managed services. Currently serving as the Director of Technical Services at thinkCSC since January 2023, Robert oversees the daily operations of the Professional Services team and the Network Operations Center, focusing on customer satisfaction through timely project completion. Prior to this role, Robert held positions including Director of Managed Services at IQ Ventures, where operational management of Perpetual Progress was achieved post-acquisition, and Owner of Perpetual Progress, an MSP specializing in IT support for local businesses. Earlier career roles include Network Infrastructure Consultant positions at WD Partners and Eastland-Fairfield Career and Technical Schools, as well as a Senior Network Engineer at Nexus Technology Group, and a Technology Advancement Specialist at Pikes Peak Boces, where Robert developed communications networks for rural school districts.
