Michael Ramm has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael started their career as a Technical Support Coordinator at PACE Learning Systems, INC in 1996. After that, they worked as a PC & Network Analyst I and later as a User Service Consultant I at the University of Alabama from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they joined AFFLINK as a Network Support Specialist. Michael then served as the Director of Information Technology at The City of Northport, Alabama from 2006 to 2017. Most recently, they worked at ThinkGard, where they held the positions of Client Relations Manager and Director of Technology Services. In these roles, they cultivated relationships, attended conferences, and provided guidance on marketing policies in the Public Sector Space.
