Rengarajan V, PMP has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. Rengarajan began their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer with Wipro Technologies. Rengarajan was later promoted to Senior Software Engineer in the same company. In 2009, they joined Accenture Services Pvt Ltd. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2014, Rengarajan moved to Software Paradigms Infotech Pvt Ltd. as a Tech Lead. In this role, they were responsible for team management, client management, and managed projects for three peak seasons of Macys. In 2017, they joined ThinkLink as a Project Manager.

Rengarajan obtained their Master of Science (M.S.) in Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani between 2004 and 2008. Prior to that, they completed a BCA in Computer Science from Srimad Andavan Arts & Science College, Thiruvanaikoil, Tiruchirappalli - 620 005. between 2001 and 2004. Rengarajan also attended Sri Ranga Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, Srirangam between 1987 and 2001. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as CPCU Certified INS 21 from AICPCU in 2013, ITIL Foundation Level from TUV UK Ltd in 2012, Sun Certified Web Component Developer from Sun Microsystems in 2008, Sun Certified Java Programmer from Sun Microsystems in 2006, and Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute in 2017.
