Patrick Torrens

Patrick Torrens has a significant work experience in the technology industry. Patrick started their career as a Contract Software Engineer at ThinkOn Inc. in December 2013. Patrick then progressed to become a Software Development Team Lead, overseeing critical data management and information asset protection solutions. In October 2019, they were promoted to a Software Engineering Manager role and later became the Director of Business Automation in March 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Engineering at ThinkOn Inc. since December 2021.

Prior to their time at ThinkOn Inc., Patrick worked as a Student Parkskeeper at the City of Brampton from 2008 to 2013.

Patrick Torrens earned a Bachelor's of Computer Science (BSc) degree with a major in Computer Science and a minor in Math from the University of Guelph. Patrick studied at the university from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they also received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Guelph.
