Sebastian Krammer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sebastian began their career at Schreiner Group GmbH & Co. KG as a Diplomand & Werkstudent. Sebastian then moved on to HR factory GmbH, where they worked as a Learning & Development Specialist and later as a Learning Innovation Manager. Sebastian's responsibilities included consulting in various HR areas, planning and implementing HR programs, and conducting workshops and trainings. Sebastian joined Sabel Akademie as a Dozent für Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, focusing on employee assessment, competency development, and modern work and learning organization. Currently, Sebastian is at Thinkproject as the Head of People Experience, overseeing HR projects and transforming the company's culture. Sebastian is responsible for creating a positive employee experience and ensuring high engagement and performance.

Sebastian Krammer completed their education at the University of Augsburg from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kaufmann in the field of Informationsorientierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Sebastian also attended Steinbeis Hochschule from 2017 to 2018, earning a Competence Coach (SHB) degree. Sebastian has acquired additional certifications in various areas, including employee experience, psychological safety, enterprise design thinking, elements of AI, advanced business training and coaching, organizational development, and change management.
