Ron Vardinon

Ron Vardinon is a seasoned Product Manager currently with Thinkz since July 2023, previously holding the position of VP of Product Management at Genpact from August 2016 to July 2023, where revenue for specific products tripled under their stewardship. Vardinon also served as VP of Sales and Solutioning in Israel at Genpact, and as Chief Operating Officer at PNMsoft, where Ron established a profitable implementation services center in Israel. An accomplished project manager, Vardinon has led multiple projects for clients in both Israel and the United Kingdom, including the development of a task management system for the Israeli Defense Forces. Initially starting a career as a Naval Officer in the Israeli Navy, Vardinon holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering (Information Systems) from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
