Daireen Gill

Daireen Gill has a diverse work experience history. Daireen currently holds the position of Sales Operations Manager at ThinScale Technology Ltd. since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Business Analyst (Workforce Management) at UnitedHealth Group from September 2017 to April 2021.

Daireen also has experience at IBM, where they served as a Sales Operations Analyst from November 2015 to August 2017. In this role, they focused on measuring the success of new SaaS products and implemented management systems to support business needs.

Before joining IBM, Daireen worked at ERM: Environmental Resources Management as a Project Administrator from February 2014 to October 2015. Here, they supported project managers in delivering environmental services and solutions.

In 2013, Daireen had two roles. First, they worked at Performation as a Marketing/Business Analyst, where they collected and analyzed client data for cost analysis. Daireen also had a role at Slainte Healthcare as an Office Administrator, where they established administrative tasks and supported various departments.

Daireen's early career involved an internship as a Marketing Coordinator at Performation in 2012 and serving as a Guest Services Representative (Team Lead) at Grouse Mountain from September 2010 to August 2012.

Daireen Gill has a diverse education history. In 1999, they attended Loreto Convent in Letterkenny, where they obtained their Hons. Leaving Certificate. In 2005, they pursued a degree in Interactive Media Arts at Ulster University, which they completed in 2009. In 2007 and 2008, they studied Marketing, Advertising, and Film at Kent State University. Daireen later attended the Digital Skills Academy from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Professional Development Diploma in Digital Marketing with Project Management. Most recently, in 2015, they pursued further education at the Institute Project Management Ireland (IPMI), where Daireen completed a certified Project Management Diploma.
