Aditi Joshi is an accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Head of Compliance (Global) at Third Bridge Group Limited since 2015, Aditi has played a pivotal role in shaping compliance strategies and overseeing regulatory frameworks across international markets. Previous roles include Vice President of Legal & Compliance and Senior Legal & Compliance Associate at Barclays, where Aditi focused on global policy compliance and KYC processes. Aditi began the career at Mishcon de Reya LLP as a Property Litigation Paralegal. Aditi's educational background includes a Legal Practice Course and GDL and LLB from The College of Law, Bloomsbury, as well as a qualification in EU General Data Protection Regulation from IBITGQ and a degree in Human Psychology from Aston University.
