Courtney Rash

As a Staffing Manager at Randstad, Courtney Rash was responsible for building, managing, qualifying, and maintaining a database of clients and prospects. Courtney also sold staffing services through effective phone calls and in-person visits, fostered a consultative relationship with clients, and helped them meet their business goals. Additionally, Courtney recruited, interviewed, retained, and coached talent, understanding their needs and helping them meet their professional goals.

Before joining Randstad, Courtney was an English Language Teacher from September 2014 to August 2016. Courtney then became a Social Media Manager at Jewelbits from August 2016 to April 2019. Courtney has also interned for the Quinn for New York Campaign from June 2013 to September 2013, and for the New York City Council from June 2012 to September 2012. In their current role as VP Talent Acquisition at Third Bridge, Courtney is responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for the company.

Courtney Rash has a Master’s Degree in International Business Management from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, a Dual Degree in Political Science & Spanish Studies from University of Delaware, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language, Culture, Theirtory and Literature from Universidad de Panamá. Courtney also has an International Baccalaureate from South Side High School.
