Global Head of HR, Business Partnering at Third Bridge

Philip Vincent is the Global Head of HR and Business Partnering at Third Bridge. Philip has over 15 years of experience in human resources, specializing in disciplinary action, grievance procedures, absence management, recruitment, and Learning & Development.

Philip began their career in HR at kgb in 2008 as an HR Officer. Philip then became a Team Manager at 118118 in 2006, and eventually a Manager at The Hawthorn Inn in 2004. In 2013, they took on the role of Global HR Manager at Flashbay, where they were responsible for setting up HR policies and procedures, supporting the management team, and giving generalist HR advice.

Most recently, Philip has been with Third Bridge as the Global Head of HR and Business Partnering. In this role, they are responsible for leading and managing all HR activity, including creating a strong, best-practice focused HR function.

Philip Vincent received a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of South Wales. Philip also holds an Associate CIPD in HRM from the University of South Wales. In addition, they have a LLB in Law from The University of Glamorgan and is certified in Level 1 Mandarin from UCL. Philip is also certified by the CIPD in Chartered MCIPD and by Eversheds Sutherland in German Employment Law. Finally, they are accredited by Hogan Assessment Systems as a Hogan Coach and by Mind Gym as a Mind Gym Certified Coach.
