Scott Radigk has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott began their career as a Captain at Peotone Fire Dept in 1980 and later served as a Village Trustee at Village of Peotone from 1989 to 1991. In 1985, they joined Leo Burnett as a Group Production Supervisor, where they remained until 1994. From 1995 to 1999, they worked as the Director of Broadcast Business at DDB Needham Dallas. Scott then served as VP/Director of Broadcast Business at Ackerman McQueen from 1999 to 2001. In 2002, they became the Director of Creative Services at Dieste Harmel & Partners until 2008. Scott then worked as a Controller at The Marketing Arm from 2008 to 2009. In 2009, they became the Chief Financial Officer at THIRD EAR, a role they currently hold. Additionally, from 2012 to 2018, they served as a Board of Trustees member at Austin School of Film.

Scott Radigk has an extensive education history. In 1984, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a minor in Accounting from Governors State University. In 2001, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. Scott further pursued their education in 2005 at The University of Dallas, where they obtained a certificate in Accounting. In 2006, they completed their Master of Science degree in Accounting from the same university. In 2018, they obtained a certificate in Project Management from The University of Texas at Austin.

In addition to their formal education, Scott Radigk has obtained several certifications. Scott became an Illinois State Certified Firefighter II in 1984 and an Illinois State Certified Fire Service Instructor in the same year. In 1985, they achieved the certification of an Illinois Certified Firefighter III. Scott became an Illinois Certified Fire Apparatus Engineer in 1986. Scott Radigk also holds the certification of a Fire Ground Commander, which they obtained from the Northwest Regional Training Committee in 1983. Additionally, they became a Certified EMT A from St. James Hospital in 1980. Scott holds further certifications as a Texas Certified EMT-Paramedic from the Texas Department of Health in 1995 and an EMT-Paramedic National Certification from Ingalls Memorial Hospital - South Cook County EMS System in 1981. Most recently, in 2021, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
