Eric Bailly

Eric Bailly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in addiction recovery and healthcare management. Currently serving as Senior Director at Third Horizon Strategies, Eric focuses on consulting projects related to addiction payment reform and behavioral health integration. As an Adjunct Professor at Concordia College, Eric teaches Healthcare Information Technology. Eric holds various leadership roles, including Board Chair at ShareHouse, Mentor for the SAFE Project's Safe Campuses Initiative, and Advisory Board Member for the Rx and Illicit Drug Summit. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Elevance Health, where Eric advanced substance abuse disorder strategies. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Concordia College.
