Tym Rourke

Tym Rourke currently serves as the Managing Director for Community Health and Vice President of People at Third Horizon Strategies, where leadership is provided in recruiting top talent and consulting for digital, behavioral, and community health systems. Previously, Rourke held the position of Director at the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation, leading a significant philanthropic initiative aimed at reducing opportunity gaps for youth and families in New Hampshire. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Director of the Makin It Happen Coalition, focusing on substance use disorder prevention, and teaching Substance Use Prevention Science as an Adjunct Professor at Keene State College. Rourke holds a Master's degree in Intermodal Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Emerson College.
