Jerold Aron Fajarit

Jerold Aron Fajarit started their work experience as a Field Engineer at Smart Communications, Inc. in 2009. Jerold Aron maintained and operated telecommunication cell sites and supported the company in building a cell site on wheels for special events.

In 2010, Fajarit joined SM Advantage (Marketing Convergence, Inc.) as an IT Support. Jerold Aron monitored and performed technical activities, handled day-to-day operations, and addressed production support-related issues for the loyalty program. Later, they became a System Analyst, managing projects, translating business requirements into functional specifications, and facilitating knowledge transition sessions.

Fajarit then moved to Globe Telecom (Yondu, Inc.) in 2018 as a Solution Designer. In this role, they developed detailed solution plans, managed the execution of development and testing, collaborated with the business unit to provide effective solutions, and worked closely with internal IT teams for project implementation.

Currently, Fajarit is working at Third Pillar Business Applications, Inc. as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, starting in September 2019.

Jerold Aron Fajarit completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Mapúa University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications related to Salesforce. In August 2020, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) and in November 2020, they achieved the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification. Continuing their professional development, in August 2022, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Data Architect certification. Most recently, in January 2023, they earned the Salesforce Process Automation Accredited Professional certification.
