Min Balrow is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people management and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Director of People at Third Republic since July 2018. Prior roles include Group Head of People & Culture and Group Head of Talent Acquisition at SOURCECHAIN, as well as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Eurostaff - Connecting Europe™. Prior to these positions, Min Balrow worked as a Talent Manager at Voyage Energy Group, focusing on executive-level searches across the UAE and Africa. Min Balrow holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Kent and a Bachelor's degree in Business & Management from the University of Southampton Business School. Min Balrow is also CIPD qualified at Level 7.
