Jeff Waye

Jeff Waye is a prominent figure in the music industry, currently serving as VP, COO, and co-founder of Third Side Music since July 2005. In 2020, Third Side Music expanded by acquiring a stake in Soundway Records and Soundway Publishing, where Waye contributes to operations and A&R. With a long-standing career as a DJ since January 1992, Waye has performed alongside renowned artists like Amon Tobin and Coldcut. Waye served as a faculty lecturer at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity from March 2020 to March 2022, educating songwriters on music publishing. Previous roles include Lead Project Manager for Amon Tobin's ISAM Live tour, Label Manager for North American operations at Ninja Tune from 1996 to 2010, co-owner of Discreet Records, and sales buyer for Cargo Records. Waye's career began in concert promotion and sales at The Record Dealer, showcasing a deep-rooted passion for the music industry.
