Meri McCann

Meri McCann is a dedicated professional with significant experience in health and social work services. Currently serving as a Disease Intervention Specialist and PrEP Navigator at Third Street Family Health Services since September 2022, Meri previously worked as a New Beginnings Counselor Assistant at Catalyst Life Services, providing support to individuals in residential treatment for substance use disorders from August 2020 to September 2022. Meri also held the position of Peer Mentor Coordinator at North Central State College from September 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing a peer mentoring program. Meri McCann obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Human and Social Work Services from North Central State College between 2019 and 2021.
