Mohammed Soliman

Mohammed Soliman serves as a Manager, Senior Associate, and Fellow at McLarty Associates since September 2019. Mohammed is also the Director of the Strategic Technologies and Cyber Security Program at the Middle East Institute, a position held since October 2019. Additionally, Mohammed is a Non-resident Scholar at the Global Commission on Responsible Artificial Intelligence in the Military Domain and a Member of the Expert Advisory Group as of February 2024. Mohammed holds the title of David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission and has been a Visiting Fellow at Third Way since October 2022. Previous roles include Junior Centennial Fellow and Huffington Fellow at Georgetown University and a Country Analyst at PeaceTech Lab. Mohammed earned a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University (2017-2019), and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the Institute of Aviation Engineering and Technology (2008-2013).
