Amber-Lynn Richey

Amber-lynn Richey has extensive experience in customer experience and sales management, currently serving as the Sr. CX and Sales Manager at ThirdLove since April 2019. Prior to this role, Amber-lynn held various positions at Milestone Technologies, Inc., including Operations Manager from September 2017 to March 2019, and several roles from October 2013 to March 2017, culminating in Operations Shift Manager. Amber-lynn began a career in customer service as a Contact Center Supervisor and Agent. Amber-lynn completed education at Butte College from 2008 to 2011.
