Clare Karunawardhane

Clare Karunawardhane has extensive work experience in the design and development of lingerie and intimates. Clare began their career at Maval ltd in 2003 as a Designer before moving on to Splendour, where they worked as an Assistant Designer and later as a Designer. Clare then joined Delta Galil Industries and Stirling Group, where they continued their role as a Designer in the intimates field. In 2008, they started working at Clover Group International Limited, initially as a Designer and later progressed to Manager and Divisional Manager positions. Clare'smost recent position is at ThirdLove, where they have held the roles of Director of Design and Development and Senior Director of Design and Development.

Clare Karunawardhane attended St Thomas More from 1993 to 1998. Clare then went on to study at South Cheshire College from 1998 to 2000, earning a BTEC ND in Fashion and Textiles. Clare further pursued their education at Mid Cheshire College, where they obtained a HND (Higher National Diploma) in Fashion/Apparel Design between 2000 and 2002. Finally, they attended Nottingham Trent University from 2002 to 2003, earning a BA (HONS) in Fashion and Textiles (International Fashion Business).
