Celso Maciel Silva has a long history of experience in the Information Technology field. Celso began their career in 1998 as an IT Support Analyst at TTEC, where they managed a talented and specialized team to provide network and information security support for TeleTech sites in Brazil. In 1999, they moved to Alcoa as an IT Support Analyst, where they were an Exchange Server Administrator for Alcoa Latin America. Celso also worked with other IT functional teams to deploy WAN optimization to improve performance for enterprise applications. In 2007, they joined TE Connectivity as an IT Team Lead, where they managed global telephony and voice teams, and provided architecture design and support for VoIP, PBX, Contact Center and other Telephony services. Celso also managed the global unified communications team to provide architecture design and support for Microsoft Lync for more than 45,000 users. In 2010, they became an Entrepreneur at Advis Network, where they were a Business Transformation Consultant and Entrepreneur delivering Information Technology training, cloud computing, software and infrastructure as an service (S/IaaS). In 2016, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Senior Network Engineer, and Leidos as a Principal Network Engineer. In 2019, they moved to ThirdPacket Technologies, where they are currently a Technical Program Manager and Principal Systems Engineer helping customers to develop and expand their unified communications and collaboration strategy with focus on customer experience.

Celso Maciel Silva obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from FECAP between 1998 and 2002, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General. In 2004, they attended Seneca College to study English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language. Celso has also obtained numerous certifications from Microsoft, Cisco, and Zscaler, including an MCSE: Productivity Charter Member (2016), MCSA: Windows Server 2012 (2014), MCT Alumni (2014), CCNA (2019), Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA-C) (2019), Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration) (2021), Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Call Control & Mobility Implementation (2021), Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Cloud & Edge Implementation (2021), Cisco Certified Specialist - Collaboration Core (2021), Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Internet Access (ZCCA-IA) (2021), Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Private Access (ZCCA-PA) (2021), Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Communication (2014), and MCT (2006).
