Jeff Winkle

Jeff Winkle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and strategy across various sectors, including technology and nonprofit initiatives. Currently serving as Co-founder and Head of Operations at Thirdwork since August 2021, Winkle leads growth for a freelance talent platform specializing in blockchain, AI, and fintech, collaborating with esteemed brands that have collectively secured over $1B in funding. Previously, Winkle contributed to operational excellence at Lemonade and played a key role in the growth of Knoetic, an HR software startup, where Winkle was integral in customer success and fundraising efforts. As the Founder of "The Clean Mission," Winkle demonstrated a commitment to community service by facilitating the removal of over 150,000 lbs of litter. Earlier roles include a Senior Risk Manager at TD, leading stress test modeling for bank assets, and a Risk Consultant at FRG, advancing stress testing capabilities for major banks. Winkle holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a degree in European Economics & Finance from the University of Valencia.
