Steven Liddell

Steven Liddell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community partnerships and project development. Currently serving as the Community Partnerships Manager at Thirteen Group since April 2024, Steven previously held multiple roles at Hartlepool Borough Council from January 2012 to April 2024, including Project Development - Highlight, Covid Response lead, and Facilities Manager. Steven began the career at Hartlepool Borough Council as a Senior Assistant Manager. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management from Northumbria University.
