Nicole Ellery, MBA, has a diverse work experience across various industries. Nicole currently serves as the Director of Real Estate & Operations at Thirty Capital, a real estate advisory company. In this role, they focus on creating strategic value for clients through the intersection of capital markets, technology, data analytics, and data science.

Prior to their current position, Nicole was the Director of Operations at EntityKeeper, where they played a key role in managing and overseeing operations for the company.

Before joining EntityKeeper, Nicole held the position of Director of Real Estate and Operations at Thirty Capital Performance Group. Nicole brought their expertise to the company in creating value for clients through strategic initiatives.

Nicole also gained valuable experience at OneDay, a hyper-growth start-up, where they worked as an Account Executive. Nicole successfully applied their knowledge of the multifamily space and fast track sales to expand into a new market. Additionally, they trained and mentored a team of account executives and sales development representatives.

Prior to that, Nicole served as the Regional Vice President of Sales at Entrata, where they focused on expanding product adoption and building relationships with potential prospects in the property management industry. Nicole also collaborated with internal sales partners and proposed enhancements and new features for utility billing and CRM products.

Nicole's earlier experience includes roles such as Ancillary Performance Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where they implemented strategic initiatives to maximize revenue, and Regional Sales Representative at Perfection Servo Hydraulics, where they achieved significant sales growth in an existing territory.

Nicole also gained valuable experience at Lincoln Property Company, where they served in various roles including Business Manager, Assistant Manager, Manager in Training, and Leasing Agent. In these positions, they managed a 2-year, $1 million development project and gained expertise in residential property management.

Additionally, Nicole has had entrepreneurial experience as the Sole Proprietor of N Frames Custom Framing and as an Event Coordinator and Server at Cru A Wine Bar.

Nicole Ellery, MBA has a diverse education history spanning multiple years. Nicole obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategic Management from UNT Dallas in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Real Estate from the University of North Texas from 2004 to 2007. Nicole received their high school diploma from Little Elm High School in 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Nicole has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skill set. Nicole completed the Solution Sales certification from LinkedIn in July 2021 and the HubSpot Sales Software certification from HubSpot Academy in October 2021.
