Vanessa Higueras has a diverse range of work experience in the marketing and media field. Vanessa started their career at Aunica - The Tagnology Company as an Account Assistant, where they worked directly with clients and was responsible for campaign briefing and reporting. Vanessa then moved on to F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, where they held various roles such as Digital Assistant, Media Coordinator, and Media Supervisor. In these roles, they developed media plans, managed ongoing campaigns, and worked closely with clients to integrate media into their advertising.
After F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi, Vanessa worked at Wallapop as a Media Planner, leading the offline media department and creating campaign strategies to acquire new customers. Vanessa then joined Adore Me as a Marketing Trainee and later became a User Acquisition Manager, where they were responsible for media planning and optimizing TV campaigns to support customer acquisition goals.
Currently, Vanessa is at Thirty Madison where they started as a Senior Marketing Manager, Growth - Keeps, overseeing marketing initiatives on TV, OTT, and SEM. Vanessa then progressed to Associate Director of Growth Optimization - Keeps and is currently serving as the Director of Growth Optimization - Keeps. In these roles, they have led paid marketing and CRO strategy, defining KPIs and working with performance agencies to increase acquisition and optimize the conversion funnel.

Vanessa Higueras obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Publicidade Propaganda e Criação from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In 2015, they attended Hunter College for an IELI 2015 Summer Course in English as a Second Language. Additionally, in 2017, they completed a program in English as a Second Language at the Uceda Institute.
