Chris Carter

Chris Carter is a skilled Telescope Controls Engineer at the Thirty Meter Telescope Corporation, specializing in the design of servo and control systems, particularly for the Primary Mirror Control System, Engineering Sensor system, and Observatory Safety system since January 2009.
