Sunitha Prasad

Sunitha Prasad has over 20 years of work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position was as the Head of HR at Thirumalai Chemicals Ltd, where they started in October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Site HR Manager and Head of HR at Valeo from May 2017 to January 2022. Sunitha also served as the DGM - HR at Hofincons Infotech & Industrial Services (P) Ltd from August 2013 to May 2017, and as the Manager - HR at Hindustan Motors Ltd from October 2013 to August 2014. Sunitha gained experience as a Manager – HR at Tube Products of India from March 2010 to May 2012, contributing to various HR functions including employee onboarding, training and development, recruitment and selection, and performance management. Sunitha has also held HR roles at Aricent Technologies, RR Donnelley Publishing India, TIDC India, and UCAL Fuel Systems Ltd.

From 1999 to 2001, Sunitha Prasad pursued a postgraduate degree in Social Work - PMIR at Madras Christian College.
