Crispin Giles

Crispin Giles, CSM, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the music and events industry. Currently serving as Sr. Project Manager at This Is Blueprint since December 2018, Crispin applies agile frameworks and implements traditional project management methodologies while establishing PMO structures. Previously, Crispin directed operations as Director of Concerts for Blueprint Events, managed client-facing product launches as a Project Manager at Airtable, and held senior roles at MRG Live and Canadian Music Week as Senior Talent Buyer and Festival Manager, respectively. Crispin's early career as Creative Director for NXNE involved overseeing curatorial and strategic objectives for a major music festival. Currently pursuing a Certificate in Project Management at UBC Sauder School of Business, Crispin combines strong leadership with a deep understanding of event programming and project execution.
