Josefin Falk

Josefin Falk is an experienced Growth Manager at This is Deploy since August 2022, overseeing the entire growth process, including talent recruitment, sales, and new business development while collaborating closely with consultants and clients. Additionally, Josefin has been a member of MERC Talangnätverk since June 2021 and previously held positions as a Konstruktör at Kåver & Mellin (March 2021 - July 2022) and Sweco (September 2018 - March 2021), focusing on structural calculations and modeling in construction. Leadership experience includes serving as Chair of the Qlubbmästeriet Board in Konglig Samhällsbyggnadssektion during 2019 and managing group responsibilities in various student-led projects at KTH.
