Michael J. has a wealth of experience in the creative industry. Michael began their career in 2004 as a Creative Direction + Design Freelance at Faction18. From 2011 to 2018, they held various roles at Fluid, including SVP of Design, VP Creative, Creative Director, and Associate Creative Director. In 2017, they founded Trim&Glide, a California crafted lifestyle apparel brand. In 2018, they co-founded Pattern, a company that designs modern brands, eCommerce experiences, products & platforms. Michael has also served as an Advisory Board Member for BWG Strategy LLC since 2016, and an Advisor for Storr since 2018. In 2022, they became a Judge for The Webby Awards, an Official Member of Forbes Agency Council, and a Judge for the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts. In 2023, they became a Jury Member at awwwards.

Michael J. attended Rowan University from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design.
