Patricia Qua

Patricia Qua has over 20 years of experience in the finance and financial planning and analysis (FP&A) field. Patricia began their career in 2000 as a Finance Manager at Gap Inc./Old Navy. In 2006, they moved to Gap Inc. as a Director CRM Finance. From 2011 to 2018, Patricia held two roles at Banana Republic / Gap Inc., first as a Senior Director Finance (FP&A, Company Planning) and then as a Director FP&A and Control. In 2017, they became the Head of FP&A at Tile, where they worked until 2018. Since 2020, Patricia has been the Senior Director - Strategic Finance and FP&A at Thistle.

Patricia Qua holds a MBA from The Wharton School in the field of Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of the Philippines.
