Felix von der Mosel has a diverse work experience in the advertising and strategic planning field. Felix currently holds the position of Strategy Director at thjnk since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture Song as a Strategy Director from July 2020 to January 2023, and as a Senior Strategic Planner from October 2017 to June 2020. Felix also gained experience as a Strategic Planner at TERRITORY from April 2016 to August 2017 and at Accenture Song from June 2014 to February 2016. Before entering the field of strategic planning, Felix began their career as a Creative at Accenture Song from July 2007 to June 2009 and as a Junior Creative at Zum goldenen Hirschen from May 2006 to June 2007. Additionally, they completed an internship as a Strategic Planning Intern at Scholz & Friends from July 2012 to October 2012.

Felix von der Mosel completed their Bachelor's degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at FH Münster from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued Medienwissenschaften at Paderborn University from 2009 to 2010 but did not obtain a degree. From 2005 to 2006, they attended the Hamburg School of Ideas (formerly known as Texterschmiede) to study Copywriting.
