Matt Forsthoff, MBA, has a diverse work experience. Matt is currently employed as a Key Account Manager and Key Account Coordinator at Thnks since 2021. From 2017-2021, they worked as a Student Success and Retention Specialist at Lipscomb University, where they originated the role, set parameters for success and evaluation, increased retention of 690+ students, identified high-risk students through predictive analytics, built trust and maintained relationships with students, acted as an academic advisor to undeclared students, collaborated with other university departments to coordinate responses, and delivered presentations in student success workshops and roundtable discussions. From 2015-2016, they worked as a Fitness Desk Associate at Hillwood Country Club. In 2016, they also worked as the Director of Quest Student Orientation Team at Lipscomb University.
