Jim Larkey

Jim Larkey is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various management roles within the construction industry. Currently serving as the Senior Construction Manager at THOMARIOS since October 2015, Jim focuses on developing new business opportunities and cultivating customer relationships, along with preparing cost estimates. Previously, as Project Manager, Jim oversaw new construction and renovation projects throughout their lifecycle. Jim's background includes leadership as North Office Operations Manager at Parks Drilling Company Inc., where Jim managed geotechnical construction projects and handled bidding in multiple regions. As Assistant District Manager at McKinney Drilling Company, Jim estimated and managed drilled shaft construction projects, negotiating contracts with clients and vendors. Early career experience includes an Engineering Co-Op position at the Ohio Department of Transportation, where Jim prepared maintenance plans and performed engineering calculations. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron.
