Nathan Strader

Nathan Strader is an experienced data analyst and property manager with a diverse background in both real estate and technology. Currently serving as a Market Growth Data Analyst at Thomas Built Buses since March 2020, Nathan has also been the Owner and Manager at First Pacific Investments since February 2005, specializing in distressed property rehabilitation in the Pacific Northwest. Prior roles include Business & Data Analyst positions at Daimler Trucks North America and Kipe Technology Resources/Xtreme Consulting, where Nathan focused on enhancing business processes and software systems. As Project Manager at Gladstone Forest Apartments, significant improvements were made to a distressed apartment complex. Nathan's career began as Co-Founder and COO of MRDS-Business Solutions and includes experience as a Senior YMS Integration Engineer at PDF Solutions, as well as a Systems Analyst at LSI Logic. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oregon State University.
