Jim Thomas

Jim joined the organization in 2007 and has held positions including VP of Sales, VP of Client Service and COO. As CEO, he combines his strategic vision for what’s next with a breadth of industry experience and institutional knowledge required to shape their best-in-class infrastructure. He leads an elite management team and drives strategic investments in technology, data security, workflow optimization, user experience and most importantly, talent. Jim provides a clear future as the second generation of leadership, and leverages more than a decade of experience in the development and implementation of corporate cost-reduction strategies and process improvement. Prior to joining Thomas & Company, Jim worked for Ceridian’s corporate payment solutions unit and ADP’s Employer Services division.
