Heather C.

Heather C. is an experienced consultant and legal professional with a focused expertise in environmental law and social impact. Currently, Heather serves as a consultant at Thomas Consulting Group, and has held various significant roles, including principal and consultant at Adaptation Strategies International, and executive director at Axiom Communications Inc. Previous experience encompasses positions such as court counsel at the Supreme Court of Palau and judicial law clerk in both the Denver District Court and the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. Heather holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Environmental Law and Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Vermont Law and Graduate School, as well as a Master's in Environmental Management from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Holyoke College. Heather is also actively involved in environmental advocacy as a board member for the St. Croix Environmental Association and the Vermont Law School Alumni Association.
