RJ Finlaw has over 25 years of experience in the warehouse and production management sectors. Currently serving as Warehouse Manager at Thomas Foods International, USA since July 2017, RJ has been instrumental in overseeing warehouse operations. Prior to this role, RJ dedicated nearly two decades to Mannington Mills, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as Production Shift Manager and overseeing truck loading. Additionally, RJ started at Mannington Mills as a relief man, contributing to various operational needs from 1998 to 2012.
