Preston Royster

Preston is a Principal and serves as Civil Manager in the Raleigh-Durham region. A licensed Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina, Preston joined T&H in October 2022 with Thomas & Hutton’s acquirement of CJT, P.A. Preston brings 16 years of experience in engineering and planning services, including site layout, sanitary sewer design, stormwater engineering, roadway design, hydraulic modeling and design of water lines, and construction observation for residential, retail/office, institutional, and mixed-use project for both public and private clients. Preston has extensive knowledge and experience working with municipalities throughout North Carolina on stormwater basins and related regulations. Preston earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
